A living commitment

Accessibility is not a one-time project. This page is honest about what works today and what we are still improving. If something gets in your way, tell us — that feedback shapes what we fix next.

01 Our commitment

We want everyone — including people who use assistive technology — to be able to read our content, use our tools, and contact us. We design and build with that goal from the start, not as an afterthought.

02 The standard we work to

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This is the benchmark referenced by accessibility law in most of the markets we operate in.

03 What we have done

  • Semantic HTML structure with correct heading order and landmark regions.
  • A visible “skip to main content” link and a consistent keyboard focus ring.
  • Full keyboard operability for the navigation, menus, and interactive components.
  • prefers-reduced-motion support — animations are disabled for people who request reduced motion.
  • Text colour contrast checked against the AA threshold for body content.
  • Descriptive alternative text and ARIA labelling on meaningful images and controls.

04 What is still in progress

  • Auditing every data visualisation for a non-visual equivalent.
  • Reviewing third-party embeds (video, forms) against the same standard.
  • Expanding automated and manual screen-reader testing across the full site.
